All purchases are shipped fully insured via UPS or USPS delivery services.

All deliveries must be made to a physical address. We will ship to APO addresses, but not P.O. Boxes.

Please make sure that recipient of the address you provided for shipment is at that address to receive the package. An adult signature is required at the time of the delivery.

Please make sure that there is no release signature on file with the shipping company that you choose. This is for your own protection. A release signature on file with a shipping company authorizes the shipping company to leave packages outside of the designated residence. Coronadojewelry.com is NOT liable for packages that are left outside of the designated residence due to a release signature that is on file with that shipping company.

Remember that the first day of shipping is the day after your payment has been fully received, and the order has been fulfilled. Should the item be out of stock or in need of alterations, you will be notified immediately by e-mail with the approximate delivery time.

Custom/ Special orders may take up to 14 business days, or longer, to be shipped. An email notifying you as to the approximate time will be sent to you immediately upon receipt of your order.

In counting delivery days, please count business days only. Coronadojewelry.com does not ship merchandise on Saturdays or Sundays.

For orders with more than one item, we start counting delivery days only after all items in the order have been fulfilled.

Each shipment includes:

1) The item/s that you have ordered.
2) A jewelry box will be provided.
3) An invoice outlining the corresponding charges.

Please Note: for credit card purchases over $7500.00, an imprint of the credit card with which you made your purchase is required prior to Coronadojewelry.com releasing the jewelry. A credit card pamphlet will be sent to you immediately to expedite the process of your order.

Coronadojewelry.com can ship your order to a destination other than your billing address. However, as a security measure to protect you against credit card theft/fraud, Coronadojewelry.com must confirm with the credit card company if they have your alternate address on file.
